- Dosage Guidelines: Adults : 500 ml to 3 liters per 24 hours, Children (0–10 kg) : 100 ml/kg body weight / 24 hours, Children (10–20 kg) : 1000 ml + 50 ml/kg above 10 kg / 24 hours.
